About The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Hotel Operations Specialist. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to ensure a seamless booking experience for our corporate clients.

Interview Process
• 1st round with HR team.
• 2nd & final round with Hiring manager.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in – person.
• Assist corporate clients in booking accommodations based on preferences.
• Provide accurate information on availability, rates, and hotel facilitates.
• Process reservation efficiently in our system.
• Communicate reservation details and conformations.
• Address and resolve any issues or special requests promptly.

Requirements
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Hospitality Management or related fields.
• 1 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication, time-management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in handling OTA platform.
• Willingness and availability to work in Rotational shift.
