We are looking for a motivated Tele-Sales Executive / Counselor to join our team and promote our premium dialing/listening packages (VoIP/call solutions). This is a work-from-home opportunity where you will engage with potential customers, explain product benefits, and close sales over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain features, pricing, and benefits of dialing/listening packages.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and maintain performance reports.
Handle customer objections and provide solutions to drive conversions.
Follow up with leads via calls/emails to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (English + Regional Language preferred).
Basic understanding of VoIP/call solutions (training provided).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Laptop/PC with stable internet connection & headset (mandatory).
Prior experience in tele-sales, BPO, or customer service is a plus.
